YARNSYN Board approves Q4/FY26 results; appoints new CS

YARN SYNDICATE LIMITED's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Concurrently, Ms. Shrasti Dubey was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Dubey, an Associate Member of ICSI, brings 1.6 years of experience in secretarial compliances and corporate governance.
