Yash Chemex Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 01, 2026. The closure will remain in place until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. During the closed trading window period, employees, directors, key managerial personnel, and designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares. The date of the board meeting for consideration and declaration of the financial results will be intimated later.
