Yash Highvoltage Acquires 50% Stake in Sukrut Electric for Approx. Rs. 5.24 Cr.

Yash Highvoltage Ltd has acquired a 50% stake in Sukrut Electric Company Private Limited for approximately Rs. 5.24 Cr. The acquisition was made through the transfer of 20,42,754 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 100 each. Post-acquisition, Sukrut has become a joint venture of Yash Highvoltage with Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited. Mr. Keyur Girishchandra Shah, Managing Director of Yash Highvoltage, has been nominated to the Board of Directors of Sukrut.
