Yash Highvoltage Ltd. to Acquire Sukrut Electric Company Private Limited for Rs. 25.56 Cr.

Yash Highvoltage Ltd. has approved the Draft Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire Sukrut Electric Company Private Limited. The agreement is valued at Rs. 25.56 Cr, as per the provisional figures for FY 2024-25. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and does not involve any interest from the promoter/promoter group/group companies. The acquisition is expected to be completed within three months. The consideration is in the form of cash. Sukrut Electric Company Private Limited is incorporated in India and is in the business of manufacturing electronic equipments and instruments, pannels & spares, accessories & fittings thereof. The last three years turnover of the company is Rs. 25.56 Cr (Provisional) for FY 2025, Rs. 25.60 Cr for FY 2024, and Rs. 23.38 Cr for FY 2023.
