Trading Window Closure for Yash Management & Satellite Ltd's Designated Persons

Yash Management & Satellite Ltd has announced the closure of the Trading Window for its Designated Persons from 01st January 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The Trading Window will be reopened 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to consider the Consolidated and Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025. The Designated Persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the closure period.
