Pakka Ltd Clarifies Preferential Issue Fund Utilization Details

Pakka Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its statement on deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through a Preferential Issue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company corrected inadvertent errors in its previous disclosure, specifically regarding the upfront warrant payment percentage and the category of warrant allottees. The upfront warrant payment was corrected from '24%' to '25%', and the allottees were clarified as belonging to the 'Promoters’ Group category' instead of 'non-promoter category'. Out of 90.90 lakh warrants, 77 lakh were allotted to the Promoters' Group at ₹110 per warrant, aggregating ₹84.70 crore. The company received ₹21.18 crore as upfront payment (25% of the issue price). The total amount raised and utilized as of June 30, 2026, was ₹51.10 crore.
