Yash Trading & Finance Ltd. Announces Key Appointments and Business Expansion into Solar and Renewable Energy Sectors

Yash Trading & Finance Ltd. announced the appointments of Mr. Vishvajitsinh Dilipsinh Jadeja as Managing Director, CFO, and Additional Director, and Mr. Akhil Nair and Mrs. Shital Mohanbhai Patel as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent). The company also decided to extend its object clause to include generating, accumulating, transmitting, distributing, purchasing, selling, and supplying electric power or any other energy from conventional/non-conventional energy sources, and to enter into solar and other renewable energy sectors. The Board authorized Mr. Vishvajitsinh Dilipsinh Jadeja to carry out business activities in the solar and renewable energy segment along with existing business activities and report to the Board in April. The company also deferred Preferential Allotment of shares and proposed to acquire M/s. Solarfusion Renewables Private Limited to venture into the Solar and Renewable energy segment.
