Yashhtej Industries fined ₹1.4 Lakhs by MCA

Yashhtej Industries (India) Ltd has received an Interim Order from the Regional Director, Western Region-II, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, imposing a total penalty of ₹1,40,000. The company is fined ₹1,00,000, and its directors, Mr. Suraj S. Barge, Mr. Baswaraj M. Barge, and Mr. Shivling M. Barge, each receive a penalty of ₹20,000. This penalty relates to procedural non-compliance under Section 140 of the Companies Act, 2013, concerning the removal and appointment of the statutory auditor and associated filing requirements. The company stated that it does not expect any material financial impact from this order.
