Yasho Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4FY26

Yasho Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve these results will be intimated separately.
