Yashraj Containers Ltd has announced its revised audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a net loss after tax of ₹66.37 Lacs for the financial year, a significant improvement from the previous year's loss of ₹2,418.17 Lacs. For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, the net loss after tax was ₹6.79 Lacs. The company also noted that the trading window for directors and KMPs was closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these results. The financial results were approved by the Resolution Professional Committee.
