Yashraj Containers Sets AGM Record Date for Sept 23

Yashraj Containers Ltd has announced that the RP Committee has fixed September 23, 2026, as the Record Date for determining member eligibility for remote e-voting and voting at the upcoming 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company's RP Committee also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report, and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
