Yes Bank Ltd Receives INR 429 Crores from Trust in Security Receipts Portfolio

Yes Bank Ltd has announced that it has received INR 429 crores from a single trust in the Security Receipts Portfolio. This is in reference to the sale of NPA Portfolio to JC Flower Asset Reconstruction Private Limited ('JC Flower ARC') on December 17, 2022. The bank had earlier disclosed the sale of the NPA Portfolio to JC Flower ARC. The receipt, which is more than the underlying carrying value of the trust, is over the materiality threshold as prescribed under the amended Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The bank is disclosing this information under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
