Yogi Infra Projects Ltd. Announces 32nd AGM for FY 2025-26, Reappointment of Director, and Appointment of Secretarial Auditors

Yogi Infra Projects Ltd., formerly known as Yogi Sung-Won (India) Ltd., has announced the notice for its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2025. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) due to the General Circular No. 09/2024 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and circular issued by SEBI. The AGM will discuss the adoption of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company will also consider the reappointment of Mr. Sanjay Basudeo Agarwal as a Director and the appointment of KNK & Co LLP as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26.
