YOGI Ltd Acquires 100% Shareholding in Yogi Homes Private Limited for Rs. 3 Crore

YOGI Ltd has announced the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with the shareholders of M/s. Yogi Homes Private Limited for the acquisition of its entire equity shareholding. The acquisition of 11,800 Equity Shares, representing 100% of its paid-up share capital, was made for a total purchase consideration of approximately Rs. 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crore only). This transaction has resulted in M/s. Yogi Homes Private Limited becoming a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of YOGI Ltd with effect from 26th September, 2025.
