YOGI Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also take on record the limited review report for the same period. Additionally, the company has informed about the closure of the trading window for its directors and designated employees from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, i.e., August 14, 2026, in compliance with SEBI's insider trading regulations.
