Yuvraaj Hygiene Products Ltd to Approve Un-Audited Financial Results for Q3 & Nine Months Ended Dec 2025

Yuvraaj Hygiene Products Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results and limited review report for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting is in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, which was closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as defined in the Code, will reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results.
