Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd Enters Agreement with Aye Finance Limited for Employee Purchase Programme

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an agreement with Aye Finance Limited to provide the facility for Aye Finance Limited's employees to lease mobile phones under Zaggle’s Employee Purchase Programme. The agreement is effective until the termination specified within the agreement. The agreement does not involve any related party transactions and there is no interest from the promoter/promoter group/group companies in Aye Finance Limited.
