Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd Enters Agreement with HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has entered into an agreement with HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited. As per the agreement, Zaggle will provide HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited with its Zaggle Propel reward platform for channel partners. The agreement is a domestic service agreement and will continue till August 31, 2025, unless terminated earlier. The agreement does not involve any related party transactions and none of the promoters or promoter groups have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
