Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd Enters Agreement with Indus Towers Limited

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Indus Towers Limited. According to the agreement, Zaggle would provide Indus Towers Limited with the Zaggle Save, a significant employee expense management and benefits service. The agreement is domestic in nature and the customer service agreement is yet to be executed. The order/contract period is from 15th February 2025 till the termination of the agreement. The agreement does not fall under related party transactions and there is no interest of the promoter/promoter group/group companies in the entity that awarded the order/contract.
