Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd Enters Agreement with Omega Healthcare Management Services

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited. According to the agreement, Zaggle will provide Employee expense management & benefits to Omega Healthcare Management Services Private Limited. The agreement is valid from March 6, 2025, till the termination of the agreement in accordance with the mutually agreed terms. The agreement does not fall under related party transactions and there is no interest of the promoter/promoter group/group companies in the entity that awarded the order.
