Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd to Acquire 100% Stake in Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited for Rs. 25 Crores

The Board of Directors of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has approved the acquisition of 1,30,000 equity shares of Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited for a consideration of up to Rs. 25 Crores. This acquisition represents 100% of the issued and paid-up capital of Greenedge. Additionally, the company has approved an investment of up to Rs. 25 Crores in Greenedge. Greenedge operates as a solution provider for golf travel, experiences and access-based rewards, with a focus on B2B and golf rewards & benefits with Rupay Card (NPCI). The company has achieved a turnover of Rs. 19.82 Crores for the year 2023-24 and has its presence only in India.
