Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd to Acquire Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited for Rs. 27 Crores

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has agreed to acquire 100% shares capital and voting rights in Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited. The proposed acquisition is subject to execution of definitive agreements and completion of certain identified conditions precedent. The mode of acquisition and the price will be determined by the Board of Directors at a later stage. The acquisition of Greenedge, a niche segment focused on golf-based corporate engagement, is expected to strengthen Zaggle’s product offerings in the loyalty and rewards segment and travel segment.
