Zaggle to Acquire Dice Enterprises' Assets for ₹67.9 Cr

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd will acquire assets from Dice Enterprises Private Limited, including software, databases, contracts, intellectual property, and domain names in the spend management space, for approximately ₹67.9 Crores plus taxes. This is a modification from the original plan to acquire the entire shareholding of Dice. The acquisition is subject to fulfilling closing actions in the Asset Purchase Agreements. Dice Enterprises achieved a turnover of ₹10.85 Crores for FY 2024-25. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 120 days.
