Zeal Aqua Board Approves EGM for Director Continuation, Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

Zeal Aqua Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 5, 2026, approving the notice for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for August 28, 2026. The EGM will seek member approval for the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishawarlal Patel as Whole-Time Director upon reaching the age of 70.
