Zeal Aqua Ltd has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 4:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars. For members whose email addresses are not registered, the company is providing web links to access these documents on its website, the Registrar and Transfer Agent's website, and BSE India. E-voting will be open from September 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM to June 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM, with a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, for e-voting eligibility.
