Zeal Aqua: Shantilal Patel Continues as Whole-Time Director Post 70

Zeal Aqua Limited announced that its members, at the Annual General Meeting held on August 28, 2026, approved the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishwarlal Patel as Whole-Time Director. This approval allows Mr. Patel to continue in his role despite attaining the age of 70 years, in accordance with Section 196(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. The decision was passed via a Special Resolution. Mr. Patel, who has been associated with the company since its incorporation, brings extensive experience in aquaculture, seafood processing, and business management. The Board views his continued association as beneficial due to his knowledge and contributions. Mr. Patel is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
