Zee Ent gets one-day extension for issuing warrants

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has received a one-working-day extension from the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) for the issuance of 2,40,59,266 warrants. This extension is a technicality arising from a delay in the crediting of subscription amounts. The SAT order dated August 27, 2026, grants this extension, allowing the company to proceed with the issuance for warrants where the subscription amount was remitted within the original timeline. Out of a total of 24,94,85,563 warrants, 20,94,47,805 have been subscribed within the permitted time. The remaining 1,59,78,492 warrants have not been subscribed.
