Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd has announced that its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 17, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through video conference and/or other audio-visual means. The company is submitting the Notice convening the AGM and the Integrated Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, which includes the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report. The reports are being sent electronically to members with registered email IDs, with physical copies available upon request.
