Zee Entertainment Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 10, 2026, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved convening the 44th Annual General Meeting on September 17, 2026. Additionally, the re-appointment of Vaibhav P Joshi & Associates as Cost Auditors and MGB & Co. LLP and CKSP & Co as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27 were approved. Several independent directors, including Ms. Deepu Bansal, Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal, Dr. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti, and Mr. Shishir Babubhai Desai, were re-appointed for second five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval.
