Zee Entertainment Partners with Bullet to Launch India's First Micro-Drama App

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (Z) has entered into a strategic partnership with the new-age content & tech start-up Bullet, co-founded by Azim Lalani and Saurabh Kushwah. Bullet has developed India’s first Micro-Drama application focused on fast-paced, creator-driven content through short duration vertical format episodes targeted towards younger audiences. Z will invest/acquire stake in Bullet, which will be launched within the ZEE5 ecosystem. The application aims to craft native stories with a global flavour, harnessing ZEE5’s rich content engine and repertoire of language content. It will cater to the evolving consumption habits of young audiences with mobile-first stories that offer users a quick and immersive content experience.
