Zee Learn Board Approves Un-audited Financial Results

Zee Learn Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on October 22, 2026. The Board approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, on both standalone and consolidated basis, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the Board noted the completion of the sale of the Company's entire shareholding in Liberium Global Resources Private Limited (LGRPL), which has consequently ceased to be a subsidiary. The Board also discussed and noted the superannuation of Mr. Manish Rastogi, CEO & Whole-time Director, effective November 8, 2026.
