NCLT Dismisses Insolvency Petition Against Zee Learn Ltd

Zee Learn Ltd has announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has dismissed a petition filed by Axis Bank Limited under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The petition, which was filed for the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the company, was withdrawn and the matter was listed as a pre-admission matter. Upon hearing the parties on March 19, 2026, the Hon’ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, dismissed the petition. The company has been informed about this development via email dated March 20, 2026.
