Zen Technologies Secures Patent for Automated Hard Kill Firearm Mounting System

Zen Technologies Limited has secured a Patent Grant for its Automated Hard Kill Firearm Mounting System, designed to enhance defense-capabilities through autonomous target detection and engagement. The system, filed on 15th October 2022, is patented up to 15th October 2042 under the Indian Patents Act. This is the company’s third patent in 2025 and the 13th in FY 2024-25, reinforcing its commitment to developing indigenous defense solutions. The system is an advanced mechatronics-based defense platform with AI-powered target acquisition, automated firing, and real-time threat response capabilities. It can be integrated into existing ISR systems such as Anti-drone systems and Battlefield Surveillance Radars (BFSRs), providing for speedy and accurate target acquisition by electronic means. The system is designed for border security, counter-drone operations, and automated perimeter defense.
