Zen Technologies to Acquire 76% Stake in Anawave Systems & Solutions for Rs. 7 Crores

Zen Technologies Ltd. has approved an investment of up to Rs. 7 crores in Anawave Systems & Solutions Private Limited (ASSPL) by acquiring and/or subscribing equity shares equivalent to 76% of the total paid-up share capital. The acquisition is expected to be completed by March 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing formalities. ASSPL, incorporated in 2016, is engaged in designing and implementing realistic scenario-based training systems, integrating advanced analytics, and ensuring seamless compatibility with existing naval command and control systems. The transaction will enhance Zen Technologies' product portfolio in defence simulation by adding advanced tactical and combat training simulation technologies tailored for naval forces.
