Zenith Exports Ltd Sets Sept 17 Cut-off for AGM E-Voting

Zenith Exports Ltd has announced the cut-off date for e-voting for its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on September 24, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OA VM). Members whose names appear in the Register of Members or list of Beneficial Owners as of the cut-off date, September 17, 2026 (end of day), will be eligible to vote. The company will utilize the e-voting facility provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
