Zenith Healthcare Reappoints Mahendra C. Raycha as MD for 3 Years

Zenith Healthcare Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra C. Raycha (DIN:00577647) as Managing Director for a fresh term of three years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. This decision was approved by way of a special resolution at the company's 32nd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Raycha, who is also a promoter holding 12.29% equity, has over 20 years of experience as MD. The company cited his continued physical and mental fitness, extensive experience, and contribution to the company's growth and zero-debt status as reasons for his reappointment. His remuneration will be up to ₹2,00,000 per month plus other perquisites as per agreement.
