Zenith Steel Pipes & Industries Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Zenith Steel Pipes & Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision affects all designated persons of the company.
