Zenotech Laboratories Ltd, as per its Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's shares. The closure will start from April 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results will be communicated in due course.
