Zenotech Laboratories Ltd: Board Meeting Approves Financial Results, Appoints New Independent Director

The Board Meeting of Zenotech Laboratories Ltd held on January 23, 2026 approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Nikkhil Venilal Kothhari as an Additional Director (Independent) for a period of 5 years, subject to shareholder's approval. The meeting also saw the reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board.
