Zensar Technologies Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut for all designated persons and their immediate relatives starting from October 1, 2026. The purpose of this closure is to facilitate the consideration of the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results. During this period, all designated individuals and their relatives are prohibited from trading in Zensar Technologies' shares.
