Zensar Technologies: M3BI LLC Merger Effective September 1

Zensar Technologies Ltd announced an update regarding the merger of its US-based wholly-owned subsidiary, M3BI LLC, with Zensar Technologies Inc., USA. Following the in-principle approval granted by the Board of Directors, all requisite filings with relevant local authorities and state agencies for the merger of M3BI LLC were completed on August 13, 2026. The merger is set to become effective from September 1, 2026. This follows the earlier completion of filings for the merger of Bridgeview Life Sciences LLC with Zensar Technologies Inc. on July 31, 2026. Post-merger and consequential filings are still in process.
