Zensar Technologies to hold 63rd AGM on July 30, 2026

Zensar Technologies Ltd announced its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 03:30 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI regulations. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, confirmation of interim dividend and declaration of a final dividend of INR 12.60 per share. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of H. V. Goneka and seek approval for material related party transactions with Zensar (South Africa) Pty Ltd, not exceeding INR 7,500 Million for FY 2026-27.
