ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd. has clarified that the sale of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for Passenger Cars by ZF Friedrichshafen AG to Harman International Inc. does not affect its India operations or the ADAS portfolio for commercial vehicles. The company will continue its activities in driver assistance and autonomous driving in the commercial vehicle sector. There is no impact on customer agreements or project execution, and the ADAS roadmap for commercial vehicles remains unchanged. The announcement of the sale of certain ADAS activities to Harman applies only to ZF’s passenger car ADAS Division, and the Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) Division, including all ADAS development, supply, service, and customer programs for trucks, coaches and buses, is not part of the transaction and remains fully unchanged.
