ZF Steering Gear India Ltd. Subsidiaries' Progress Update: DriveSys, Metacast, and NexSteer

ZF Steering Gear India Ltd. has provided an update on the status of its three subsidiaries. DriveSys Systems Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, began commercial operations in March 2024 and is currently working on Phase II, expected to be completed by March 2026. Metacast Auto Private Limited, a subsidiary and joint-venture, started commercial operations in November 2024. NexSteer Systems Private Limited, another wholly-owned subsidiary, is constructing a factory building with an expected completion date by the end of June 2025. The expected date for commencing commercial operations will be announced later.
