Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd submits FY25 Audited Financials

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since July 29, 2022, has submitted its audited standalone financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The submission is made by the current Resolution Professional, Chirag R. Shah, who took charge on September 4, 2025, replacing the erstwhile RP, Huzefa Fakhri Sitabkhan. The financial statements have been prepared as per the accounting practices of the company and available records, and are submitted to comply with SEBI LODR Regulations. The responsibility for authentication of financial statements for the period up to March 31, 2025, vests with the erstwhile RP.
