Zim Laboratories completes investment in step-down subsidiary

Zim Laboratories Limited FZE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zim Laboratories Ltd, has successfully completed the investment of the entire approved amount in the share capital of its step-down subsidiary, ZIM Scientific Office L.L.C. The total investment amounts to AED 4,66,000 and AED 4,50,000, as previously disclosed. Following this investment, Zim Laboratories Limited FZE continues to hold 100% of the total share capital of ZIM Scientific Office L.L.C. This update confirms the finalization of the capital infusion into the subsidiary.
