Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has been informed by its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), Kfin Technologies Limited, that the RTA will be shifting its corporate office to a new address effective December 1, 2026. The new address is KFin Technologies Limited, 6,23,24,25th Floor, South Tower, Rajapushpa West Avenue, Survey No. 115, Kokapet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500075. All future correspondence with the RTA should be directed to this new location from the effective date. Investors and stakeholders are advised to update their records accordingly.
