Zodiac Energy bags 4 orders for 24760 KWp solar projects

Zodiac Energy Ltd has received four domestic Purchase Orders (PO) from entities in Gujarat, totaling an aggregate capacity of 24,760 KWp. These orders are for the execution of grid-interactive ground-mounted Solar PV Power Plants, involving supply, installation, and commissioning. The projects include capacities of 9,640 kWp, 5,405 kWp, 5,405 kWp, and 4,310 kWp respectively. The company expects to execute these orders within six months from the date of receipt of advance/documents/purchase order. The company noted that the promoter/promoter group has an interest in the entities awarding the orders, classifying them as related party transactions conducted at arm's length. This is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector and contribute to its revenues.
