Zodiac Energy Limited has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, "ZODIAC ENERGY IPP-3 PRIVATE LIMITED", on September 14, 2026. This subsidiary, with a nominal share capital of ₹10,00,000 and an initial paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, will function as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Its primary objectives include undertaking projects related to solar power generation and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities. This move aligns with Zodiac Energy's business expansion strategy, aiming to enhance operational capabilities and strengthen its renewable energy portfolio.
