Zodiac Energy Limited to Install 10.8 MWp Solar Power Plant for Captive Consumption with Amanta Healthcare Limited

Zodiac Energy Limited has entered into an agreement with Amanta Healthcare Limited for the installation of a solar power plant of 10.8 MWp. The plant will be installed at Village: Baroda, Taluka: Matar, District: Kheda, Gujarat, for generation of electricity for captive consumption. The agreement was signed on January 02, 2026, and the installation will be carried out in accordance with the mutually agreed terms and conditions between the parties. None of the parties to the agreement are related to the promoter/promoter group/group companies of Zodiac Energy Limited.
